for strawberry picking!
today was absolutely gorgeous outside so we went to a local strawberry farm with my mom and each picked a bucket of strawberries for $8. it was, of course, lilly jo's first picking experience and i must say she was quite a pro. she's been picking berries off our holly bushes for about 2 months now so i'm guessing that's where she got the practice:) but it was quite a fun experience for her and really the harvest was plentiful so it didn't take too long to fill our buckets.
they smell so sweet and taste sooo good:)

Lorelei has been picking for 3 years now,her first year she only wanted a white one and held onto it for hours. Now she eats more than she picks, but it's a tradition.
